Core Chucks

Large-scale printing processes cannot work efficiently without high-quality core chucks. What are core chucks? Core chucks are designed to efficiently hold the label roll when it is unwound or rewound. 

Core chucks are essential for the smooth unwinding and rewinding of labels in various applications. Core chucks can securely grip label rolls. These core chucks grip the inside of the core when the roll is wound. The chuck can be expanded or contracted with a knob. Turn the knob clockwise to expand it and turn it counterclockwise to contract it. 

At Beast Branding, we have core chucks in multiple sizes (distinct diameters and shaft lengths) that fit diverse core dimensions. Our collection includes mechanical core chucks in different sizes that are made of anodized aluminum. They come with a set screw, press fit mounting that locks the chuck to the shaft. 

We have mechanical core chucks in 3-inch diameters for various lengths like 8.6-inch, 10.6-inch, and 12.6-inch. We also carry core chucks with 1.57-inch diameters for various lengths like 10.6 inches and 6.7 inches. Our collection also includes core chucks with a 4-inch diameter for lengths like 6.7 inches.

Our collection includes adjustable core holders for UCAT unwinders and CAT rewinders. The core diameter can be adjusted between one to four inches with the help of these adjustable core holders. The core holders stay affixed on the motor shaft with the help of a set screw.
