Shipping policy

 

Shipping & Processing
We offer shipping via UPS and USPS for all orders within the United States, and we also ship to Canada, the UK, and select countries in South and Central America. Orders received by 2 PM ET on business days (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same day. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. In most cases, 90 % of domestic orders arrive within three business days after shipment. 

Free Shipping
• Free shipping applies automatically on orders of $2,000 (US) or more, excluding taxes and any fees.
• Qualifying orders must ship via ground service; expedited methods (e.g., 2-day, overnight) incur additional charges.
• Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
• Certain items—such as palletized single-SKU bulk product orders—are excluded from the free-shipping threshold. Likewise, bulk custom-label & -application jobs (e.g., tubes with application, Poptop vials, etc.) do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order size. 
• If an order that initially qualifies for free shipping is modified (e.g., items removed or SKU swaps) and falls below $2,000, shipping charges will be recalculated and applied retrospectively. Free shipping cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Shipping Exclusions & Restrictions
• Orders destined for Hawaii and Alaska automatically incur additional shipping charges; free-shipping promotions do not apply.
• International – shipping rates for Canada, the UK, and select countries in South and Central America are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.
• Pallet and freight shipments (e.g., large wholesale orders on pallets) require a separate freight quote and typically do not qualify for free shipping.
• Custom-machine and print-on-demand orders (e.g., custom-printed machines, large-format banners) will incur standard freight handling fees and are excluded from free shipping. 

Production & Proofing (Sticker-Application Orders)
• When you order custom stickers (or tube/vial labeling with application), we first generate a digital proof within 1–3 business days. You must approve the proof before printing begins; stickers will not be produced or applied without your written approval.
• Typical turnaround time for custom sticker and application orders (lower 48 states) is 2–4 business days of production after you approve the proof, plus the chosen shipping method’s transit time. Expedited shipping methods can shave 1–2 days off total delivery.
• Sticker + application orders over $5,000 have a turnaround time of 7 business days (production) + shipping, and orders over $10,000 have a turnaround time of 12 business days (production) + shipping
• Proof exceptions—on rare occasions, generating proofs may take longer than 72 hours. If that happens, we’ll notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline.

Returns & Restocking

Custom Stickers & Applied Products
• Once you approve a proof and we proceed with printing or application, the order is considered final. Custom stickers (including stickers applied to tubes, jars, or other products) are not returnable under any circumstances—so please review proofs carefully before giving final approval.
• Any damage caused by shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery. We’ll ask you to send photo documentation; if it’s determined to be our fault (e.g., carrier mishandling), we’ll either reprint or reimburse the sticker portion of the cost.
• If you cancel a custom sticker order prior to printing but after proof generation, a 15 % restocking fee applies (to cover design and labor costs). After printing begins, all custom sticker orders are non-refundable. 

Non-Sticker Products (Standard Merchandise)
• Our return window for non-custom, non-sticker items is 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
• All returned items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Damaged or used items are subject to a 35 % restocking fee. Custom machine orders (e.g., labeling machines, heat-seal equipment) canceled prior to shipment incur a 15 % restocking fee.
• To initiate a return, email contact us directly with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item(s) to:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier or purchasing shipping insurance for returns exceeding $75 in value. We do not guarantee receipt of returns shipped without tracking or insurance.
• Once we inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund (less restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping charges (initial or return) are non-refundable.

Discrepancies & Damage Claims
• Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Any obvious damage to the shipping carton or contents must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
• For concealed damage or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and, if validated, either replace the items or issue a credit.

International Shipping Details
• International orders are quoted at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP/Postal Code.
• Customs duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
• Transit times vary by country but typically range from 7–14 business days (standard service). Express options are available at additional cost.

Notes & Best Practices
• Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to incorrect address information.
• If you need to split large orders into multiple shipments (e.g., multiple label versions in smaller quantities), please reach out to customer service for a custom quote—additional labor and packaging fees will apply.
• Shipping rates may change without notice due to carrier fuel surcharges, tariff changes, or seasonal fluctuations; however, rates quoted at checkout are guaranteed for 24 hours.
