Order Cutoff & Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.

Free Shipping:

Please note: pallet orders of a single SKU, shipments outside of contiguous USA,
custom labels, label application, and banners do not qualify for free or expedited shipping.

Proofs & Approval Process (Custom Printed Items)

Proofs are an exact preview of how your design will print.
No custom job will proceed without proof approval.
Digital proofs are normally sent within 24 hours, but may take up to 72 hours during high demand.
Once you approve your proof, production begins. Please review carefully — approved proofs are final.

Custom Printing Policy

  • Once submitted, orders cannot be modified (artwork, quantities, or specifications).
  • We cannot “rush” or prioritize certain parts of an order over others.
  • Orders will ship in full once complete; split shipments are not available.
  • By placing a custom printing order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Production & Lead Times

Labels only: 7–10 business days after proof approval.
Labels + application: 10–14 business days after proof approval.

Large orders may require additional time:

  • Over $5,000: +7 business days
  • Over $10,000: +12 business days

Shipping time is additional and depends on the method you select.
Expedited shipping may reduce overall time by 1–2 days.

Shipping & Eligibility

We ship primarily via UPS, FedEx, or other common carriers. We may substitute carriers at our discretion.
Commercial business addresses only — no residential addresses, P.O. Boxes, UPS Stores, or freight forwarders.
Cash & Carry pickup is available at our Troy, MI warehouse (valid Tax ID required).
We currently ship within the USA, UK, Canada, South & Central America.
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be charged at checkout.
International credit cards are not accepted at this time.

Return Policy

Custom Printed Items

Custom products (labels, stickers, or applied items) are non-returnable once approved and produced.

Non-Custom Items

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Restocking fees:

  • 35% on damaged/used items.
  • 15% on custom machine orders canceled prior to shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If shipping items over $75, please use a trackable service or insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Discrepancies

All order discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
Customers are responsible for any fees related to re-routing or re-shipping due to incorrect addresses.
