Shipping Lead Time & Return Policy

Cut off time for orders is 2PM EST - Non-label orders that come in after 2PM EST will ship out the next day

Proofs are Important
Proofs are an exact preview of how your design will look printed. Please take the time to review your proof & provide us with edits or an approval. Stickers will not be printed without your approval on the proof. 

While we can normally send you the digital proof within 1 business day, exceptions may occur. Please allow 24-72 Hours for a Digital Proof.

Custom Sticker Returns
Proof approved stickers are not returnable. Please take the extra time to review your stickers before approving them. Once stickers are printed and or applied, they can not be returned.

Sticker Lead Times
Custom stickers take time. Time for us to review the order, time for the customer to review the mockup, communication back and forth from MJ Wholesale to the customer, and finally the customer to approve our proof. Then its time to print and depending on what is ordered, possibly apply stickers on the products.

Standard turnaround time within the lower 48 United States is 2-4 business days of production time, plus shipping with whatever method the customer chooses. Production time starts after the customer approves the proof. If you are in a rush, please expedite your shipping method, that should trim 1-2 days overall.

Sticker & Application orders over $5,000 have a turnaround time of 7 business days + shipping time.

Sticker & Application orders over $10,000 have a turnaround time of 12 business days + shipping time.

Non-Sticker Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Damaged or used items are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All custom machine orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, if orders are cancelled prior to shipment.

All discrepancies must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
