By approving this design/logo, you hereby grant permission to MJ Wholesale to print graphics that you fully own all rights to.


You approve the use of name, company name, logo, and other materials for the purpose of creating a graphic design. You understand that this may include the logos, branding materials, website designs, or other graphic designs.
 

• QR Code: All QR Codes Should Be At Least 1/2" by 1/2" to Be Scannable.
• Font Size: All Text Should Be At Least 6 Point To Be Readable.
• We Will Not Resize Your QR/Font Without Your Request.

You acknowledge you will be the sole owner of the rights to any design created and that MJ Wholesale do not have any ownership or control over the final product.

You certify that you have the right to use any materials provided including but not limited to logos, images, and text. You understand that MJ Wholesale is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement issues that may arise from the use of these materials.


You agree to indemnify and hold MJ Wholesale harmless from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with the design project or any use of the design created.
